SportsGeek.com (SportsGeek) and its owner and operator, SportsGeek Inc., a U.S. Corporation, is committed to providing our customers with quality services, value and, most importantly, respect for their privacy. We are dedicated to the confidentiality of your personal information collected by us to allow you to enjoy the fantasy sports contests offered by SportsGeek.

Required User Account Information
As part of the User Account opening process on SportsGeek, we will ask you to provide us with personal information, including your name, mailing address, e-mail address, and telephone number. You will also be required to select a User ID, and password for use on SportsGeek. You will also be required to certify that you are at least 18 years old or older as required in jurisdictions in where the minimum age for use of the SportsGeek services is greater than 18. The personal information related to your account on SportsGeek will be used to confirm various financial transactions, and to verify age as required. We may also use the account information to provide customer support or to email you news or information about special offers or other events at SportsGeek. You may opt-out of receiving promotional e-mails by following the instructions included. The name on your SportsGeek User's account must be yours. Also, your account information should be complete and up to date with accurate information. User's may update their account information by clicking on the Cashier tab on the home page, and selecting update information. For User's who win an individual prize of $600 or larger we may require the User to provide their Social Security Number.
Financial Transactions
To enter contests requiring fees on SportsGeek, a User will need to fund their SportsGeek account. In the process of funding an account, the User will need to provide the deposit method information required to complete the financial transaction like credit card or PayPal account information. This information along with your other personal information may be used to clear financial transactions executed by you with SportsGeek, and will not be stored by SportsGeek.
Confidentiality
SportsGeek takes substantial steps to protect the confidentiality of your identity, and other information it has collected and will not knowingly allow access to this information to anyone outside SportsGeek, other than to the User or as described in this Privacy Policy.
All SportsGeek employees are required to comply with the terms of this Privacy Policy. This Privacy Policy provides that all past and present employees are obligated to keep User information strictly confidential.
Your SportsGeek account password is confidential and we recommend that you not divulge it to anyone or enable others to discover it.
Limits of Confidentiality
Legally Required Disclosures: SportsGeek may be required, under certain circumstances, to disclose personal information about our User's. SportsGeek will use its best reasonable efforts to limit such disclosure to the following: where SportsGeek believes in good faith that it is required to do so in response to a subpoena, warrant or other legal process; where it is reasonably necessary to identify, contact or bring legal action against persons or entities to preserve and/or enforce SportsGeek's rights; or when it is required for tax reporting purposes due to certain prize thresholds being exceeded. Further, we can, and you authorize us to, disclose your Used ID, name, mailing address, phone number, and e-mail to third party agents of SportsGeek as we, in our sole discretion, believe required or appropriate in connection with an investigation of fraud, intellectual property infringement, piracy or other unlawful activity or activity that may expose us to legal liability.
Other Required Disclosures: SportsGeek may disclose your personal information to employees of SportsGeek Inc., and to third party service providers who use your personal information to provide services to us in respect of your being a User on SportsGeek. All recipients of your personal information shall be bound by applicable data protection laws to keep your personal information private at a level than equal to that by which we are bound.
Your rights to your information
You can request a copy of your information or request that your information be erased, corrected, or completed by customer service at SportsGeek by sending an email to support@sportsgeek.com.
